Return
If you would like to return ordered items, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.
To return your items and receive a refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Items must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and returned within 30 working days of the original delivery.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned unless there is a verified defect. Please contact us before returning any goods.
- For orders with a goods value below EUR 50, shipping costs of EUR 5.95 apply for standard DHL shipping. In the event of a return, shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. This also applies to return shipping. Exceptions apply to returns due to a verified defect and to orders that were delivered free of shipping charges.
- Seal the parcel carefully to make sure your items are not lost or damaged in transit.
- Please contact us before returning goods either by email or by using the withdrawal form. Afterwards, you can send the items back yourself or we can send you a return shipping label.
