Our products are class I medical devices and are intended for use on the body. For this reason, we handle returns, product questions and complaints personally before any goods are sent back.
Please contact us first
If you have questions about your order, received a damaged product, received the wrong item or would like to discuss a complaint, please contact our customer service team by phone or email.
Please do not return products without contacting us first. We will clarify with you whether a return, exchange, replacement delivery or another solution is appropriate.
Information that helps us respond quickly
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- order number or invoice number
- product name and quantity
- a short description of the issue or your question
- photos of the product, packaging or transport damage, if helpful
- batch or LOT number, if available on the packaging
